“I understand this was an eco lodge. However, there is no air and little cross breeze. Our bed was broken, there were not enough towels (only 3 for 5 people), we were encouraged to shower by turning the water off while we used soap, the pots and pans were so dirty that some could not be cleaned. The worst was that the staff was unprofessional. They did not communicate effectively, they were dismissive about simple requests (like "how to check in") and once we did check in we NEVER heard from...

“Front Staff and restaurant staff were kind and helpful. Plus in terms of the quality of the room it was great, nice secluded with heating amenities , hot bath tub outside surrounded by nature , lush green trees with birds chirping, insects singing. I mean great place to relax , rewind and onward journey . The restaurant food was great with nice ambience- lamb is a recommendation for dinner, Further this place is very near to Kilawea , we could rush to watch episode 52 eruption just in time .”
