“Horrible experieience at Hilton Garden Inn. in 6 days they cleaned the rooms only three times, even if we asked the full service everyday. The personnel was not very friendly with us when we told them about the problems. Their answer was always: "it is too late now, nobody can clean the room at the moment. we will clean it tomorrow". “The location of the hotel is beautiful and is right on the beach. It isn’t a swimming beach though but beautiful nonetheless. “We had a great experience. The hotel was amazing very clean and we had a great view from our room. The staff was really friendly and helpful. I recommend renting the bikes. we had the breakfast buffet. It was so delicious and amazing. And live music by the pool. Overall 10/10”

“We were there for our 40 th anniversary Hotel was under construction during our stay. Elevators worked 1/2 the time. Had to go up to 3rd floor building 1 cross to building 3. Down to 1st floor to get to the room. Ice and water machines were on different floors in other buildings. House keeping did well. After construction i believe it will be nice. I should have researched more before booking.”

“The overall stay would rate a D- The beginning was the worst part. They seemed to not have us registered?? Not sure but they had us take a seat and then took over 20 minutes to check in and we got there at 5:30pm. Check in is at 4pm. “From the concierges, to the valets, to the poolside wait staff, to the housekeeping, the hospitality was wonderful! We made the mistake of doing Uber instead of a rental car. Not the smartest idea considering it is really easy to get an Uber from the airport to Princeville, but very hard to get an Uber while at the hotel.
