“The Sheraton was absolutely perfect! The amenities were fantastic -- the pool the beach front was wonderful. We spent very evenings by the pool, bar, or restaurants. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. They were very accommodating and strived to make our stay the best it could be. We would recommend to anyone and we do plan to come back!”
“Horrible experieience at Hilton Garden Inn. in 6 days they cleaned the rooms only three times, even if we asked the full service everyday.
The personnel was not very friendly with us when we told them about the problems. Their answer was always: "it is too late now, nobody can clean the room at the moment. we will clean it tomorrow".
In addition the air conditioning filters were in very bad condition, and I assume they can be harmful for guests' health!!!

Only complaint was not enough in-room hooks to hang wet towels, bathing suits, etc. Only two hooks in the bathroom and there was plenty of room to add more. Had to resort to hanging wet items off door knobs and patio furniture. Otherwise, a wonderful stay! ”

“Every time I stay here, I always get top notch service. The staff were very attentive and prompt especially during the time when we were on the tsunami watch. They were updating everyone on the current situation and disaster plan. We were fortunate enough that the property stayed on the green zone meaning we were safe.”
“Il resort è nel complesso discreto, ben dotato di accessori nella cucina, con possibilità di usare la piscina e il campo da tennis. E' in una zona poco turistica, ma centrale se si vuole girare l'isola.
Il punto più negativo, per le unità che si affacciano sulla strada, è il rumore del traffico parecchio intenso e molto fastidioso. Inoltre i condizionatori erano eccessivamente rumorosi e quindi non utilizzabili di notte. Da segnalare anche la scarsa pulizia della moquette, rovinata e macchiata...

The property was well kept and we enjoyed the pathway along the beach, as well as, comfortable seating above the pool area. The walking path extending beyond the property toward the shops were questionable, notably people living in their vehicles along the water break and harbor. ”
