“Very old property. Had a room upstairs right next to the stairs. Other guests were dragging suitcases up right next to our open window. Very noisy. Had to keep windows open because it was very warm and there was NO AC! And no elevator for us to get our luggage to our room. Fortunately someone helped us as we are in our late sixties. “Loved that the hotel was in an old Hawaiian neighborhood/area with chickens, cats, roosters and a peacock comfortably enjoying the property, as well. The staff was welcoming and friendly and helpful, when needed. Although we did not hang out, outside to listen to the live music, we enjoyed it from the comfort of our room. “Horrible experieience at Hilton Garden Inn. in 6 days they cleaned the rooms only three times, even if we asked the full service everyday. The personnel was not very friendly with us when we told them about the problems. Their answer was always: "it is too late now, nobody can clean the room at the moment. we will clean it tomorrow". “This is the place to stay. It’s a hidden gem. Close to everything. No need to stay at a “mega” resort on Poipu. These rooms are perfect. Older yes but absolutely beautiful and peaceful in the middle of it all.”

“This is an excellent property and great location. It served as a convenient and fun home base for us. The amenities were great but weren’t well-communicated so we didn’t get to take full advantage of them. We would definitely recommend this to families and really enjoyed our stay!”

“There is no AC in the units. If you have any issues do not expect a return call. These are older units and we had many items that did not operate in the room — the fan (essential) and the tub (essential). Property is nice and view is amazing on the Cliff”

La qualità prezzo non è ottimale; con quello che si spende ci aspettavamo una struttura in perfetto stato, invece ci sono per esempio mobili e ringhiere usurate che sarebbero da sistemare.
