“Horrible experieience at Hilton Garden Inn. in 6 days they cleaned the rooms only three times, even if we asked the full service everyday. The personnel was not very friendly with us when we told them about the problems. Their answer was always: "it is too late now, nobody can clean the room at the moment. we will clean it tomorrow". “The only positive part of this hotel was the staff. Every employee was extremely kind, professional, and attentive throughout our stay. Unfortunately, the hotel itself was a huge disappointment. The property was under heavy construction, but this was never properly communicated before booking. Entire areas were being remodeled, including the lobby, hallways, and the floor above our room. “Good staff and service”

“Room was too outdated. Staff were fantastic, Didn’t have to use the hot tub and spa. Parking charges is ridiculously expensive although knew that per booking. Enjoyed the breakfast buffet every day to start our day and had a great time mainly relaxing by the pool and walks on the beach. ”
