Hotel all inclusive a Kauai

“Horrible experieience at Hilton Garden Inn. in 6 days they cleaned the rooms only three times, even if we asked the full service everyday. The personnel was not very friendly with us when we told them about the problems. Their answer was always: "it is too late now, nobody can clean the room at the moment. we will clean it tomorrow". “Kauai Inn was everything i could hope for in a property. Although the room was somewhat dated, it was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and personable, always happy to stop what they were doing to help with things, give ideas, or just chat. The view from my back patio was a spectacular one of the mountains. “This was, unfortunately, one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever experienced. On our first night, the fire alarms went off around midnight and continued for nearly an hour. Not once did we receive any communication or even a basic apology from the hotel, which was extremely disappointing. There were also several maintenance issues in our room. “Stay was lovely. Room was clean and staff made us feel welcomed from the beginning. The resort is small, but it is right on the beach which is great for morning walks or bike rides. You can check out bikes from the hotel that is included in the resort amenities. The pool is heated at night and the hot tub is very relaxing with the ocean breeze and the sounds of the waves. We would definitely be returning. ”
