“The house is located in a quite Neighborhood not far from the beach, despite all the houses around are perfectly maintained our was decadent. The room is in acceptable condition (despite pretty dirty, stained bad sheets, terrible curtains ), what is really really bad is the bathroom, i have seen something in that shape only in emerging counties. Lisa was an exceptional host—welcoming, responsive, and full of great local tips. She gave us helpful suggestions on places to explore and even recommended a beach that became one of our favorites. Her thoughtfulness really enhanced our stay. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!”

“We had a great stay at the Princeville Townhouse. The place was clean and comfortable, and served our purposes. The beach chairs and beach towels, along with the moveable fans, were appreciated (it gets hot in there!). “Location was ideal for our vacation needs, quiet neighborhood, 2 blocks from beach; no bright city lights to block out seeing the stars at night! The amenities made it "our home away from home" -- laundry needs, kitchen needs, linens, even beach towels. The hosts are very gracious and kind, and nearby to help if needed. We enjoyed he impromptu visits of very friendly Hoku! No doubt my family and I will return here on our next visit to Kauai.”

“This was one of the best vacation properties we have ever enjoyed. Beautiful home with everything and anything one could possibly hope for. Neat and tidy as a pin, we opened all the windows and sliding glass doors to let the warm breezes and the sounds of the waves run through the house. Just amazing. The beach is 10 feet off the house.”

“Condo complex easy to find close to main road. Not much in walking distance. Pool and bbq’s we used often, never busy. Parking bay number incorrect as per listing. Condo has the parking pass and correct bay# inside ”

“We stayed with our adult children and their partners for just over a week and it was a great place for the six of us. Kitchen was well outfitted with all you need for cooking including a blender and even a rice cooker, though strangely no microwave. Plenty of beach towels and a washer and dryer too. We very much enjoyed the place.”

“Great view, comfortable bed, fantastic beach within walking distance, well equipped kitchen. There was a dead battery in the smoke detector and the toilet flush was quite weak but if that's the worst I can say about it, that's pretty good. ”

“This house is amazing - with enough room for 8 adults . The location is perfect - close by hideaway beach , queen’s bath, a foodland and lots of restaurant . it is a quick 10-15 drive to hanalei bay . Beach chairs , umbrellas , coolers , because towels etc are available for guests’ use. We enjoyed bicycling around the neighborhood in the early morning hours . i would stay here again if we even visit Kaui again .”

“We had 13 family members, 12 couples and our 92 year old grandma. The Farmhouse and cottage was perfect. More than enough room for all of us. We had family dinners and played games all together in the main living room. We had use to all the beach equipment we needed for our time at the beach. We all said this could be a house we would stay in again. Brandon was a great host, always available when needed. ”

"Il resort è nel complesso discreto, ben dotato di accessori nella cucina, con possibilità di usare la piscina e il campo da tennis. E' in una zona poco turistica, ma centrale se si vuole girare l'isola. Il punto più negativo, per le unità che si affacciano sulla strada, è il rumore del traffico parecchio intenso e molto fastidioso. Inoltre i condizionatori erano eccessivamente rumorosi e quindi non utilizzabili di notte. Da segnalare anche la scarsa pulizia della moquette, rovinata e macchiata in più punti. "
