“The staff was incredibly friendly and seemed eager to assist if it was needed. The rooms are nothing fancy but had all we needed since we were there for hiking and not just lounging at the hotel. We loved that the hotel still uses actual room keys inside of swiping a card, it made it feel home-y! We had an excellent stay and would gladly stay here again! ”

“Horrible experieience at Hilton Garden Inn. in 6 days they cleaned the rooms only three times, even if we asked the full service everyday. The personnel was not very friendly with us when we told them about the problems. Their answer was always: "it is too late now, nobody can clean the room at the moment. we will clean it tomorrow". In addition the air conditioning filters were in very bad condition, and I assume they can be harmful for guests' health!!! The hotel at some point was also out...

“Struttura magnifica, integrata perfettamente nel giardino tropicale in cui sorge. Sull’oceano E con una laguna antistante in cui nuotare o fluttuare comodamente sui Eccellenti i ristoranti all’interno, speciale il Tidepools. Unico appunto per gli ombrelloni di paglia: sono pochi e nessuno controlla che non vengano occupati senza utilizzo effettivo.”

“Clean, friendly, great pool and amenities. Beautiful landscaping and water features. Well stocked and cute bodega( market). Nice gym, close walk to CVS and numerous other restaurant options. We would certainly recommend this resort. ”
