“Horrible experieience at Hilton Garden Inn. in 6 days they cleaned the rooms only three times, even if we asked the full service everyday. The personnel was not very friendly with us when we told them about the problems. Their answer was always: "it is too late now, nobody can clean the room at the moment. we will clean it tomorrow". In addition the air conditioning filters were in very bad condition, and I assume they can be harmful for guests' health!!! The hotel at some point was also out...

“The host communicated well and he was responsive to us. We loved the grounds, the pool, and the beach. It is an incredible location. The condo is getting a little tired. The carpets are stained and seemed dirty. Also the carpet is pulling up in the corners so they are a hazard. There were some stains on the bedspreads, chairs, and couch. The kitchen wares need to be updated such as the pots and pans and glassware. The regular cleaning of counters and bathrooms was very good.”

“This place was amazing! Would stay again in a heartbeat! Went with my 75 YO mom with mobility issues and she had no trouble at all! We enjoyed the pool and lazy river daily! Great morning sunrise location. The location of the rental was great, easy to get to any location. Beds were comfortable, plenty of beach supplies and grocery store across the street.
