“Firstly, this hotel may look like a motel but cleanliness is their priority. Next, their service is impeccable. The rooms may be small but the bed is so comfortable. If you get a chance, you must take some time to visit their mini museum and schedule a tour with Uncle Ron who is so passionate about his culture and sharing knowledge about Hawaii. “The bed is good. AC unit is a small window unit that has buttons you have to make guess(nothing is marked). AC unit is loud when it’s running. It’s a good location for everything. The island is small anyway”

“Horrible experieience at Hilton Garden Inn. in 6 days they cleaned the rooms only three times, even if we asked the full service everyday. The personnel was not very friendly with us when we told them about the problems. Their answer was always: "it is too late now, nobody can clean the room at the moment. we will clean it tomorrow". In addition the air conditioning filters were in very bad condition, and I assume they can be harmful for guests' health!!! The hotel at some point was also out...

“Good location to be central to Kauai and airport access. Can drive up north or south easily. The rooms were clean but dated. The same with the bathrooms. We came when they were doing updates( may 2026)so areas were closed off to us that would have been nice to utilize when we were there. The pool areas had closures and the gym had an odor, maybe from the construction. Unknown and no AC. Spa was out of the way to try and use due to construction so it wasn’t inviting to try and book. E' in una zona poco turistica, ma centrale se si vuole girare l'isola. Il punto più negativo, per le unità che si affacciano sulla strada, è il rumore del traffico parecchio intenso e molto fastidioso. “My wife and I stayed at Aston Islander on the Beach for our honeymoon, making this trip especially meaningful. While the location is excellent, several issues impacted our stay. Upon arrival, we did not receive the advertised shell lei greeting and had to request it after seeing other guests receive one. “We stayed in a 3 bedroom villa and our stay was amazing. Our villa was beautiful. The washer/dryer wasn’t efficient but the fact there was a unit in our villa was a plus. The property is walking distance to the beaches. The pools are amazing. Our stay was everything we hoped for.”

“Staff and property conditions were great. The issue I had was that you can hear the room next door clearly, and the people were awake and making noises at 5:00 in the morning. Also, there was no early check in and check out was at 10:00 and there is no flexibility for a late check out. Sadly, this was one of the few places that was not worth the amount paid.”
