“Horrible experieience at Hilton Garden Inn. in 6 days they cleaned the rooms only three times, even if we asked the full service everyday. The personnel was not very friendly with us when we told them about the problems. Their answer was always: "it is too late now, nobody can clean the room at the moment. we will clean it tomorrow". “This is NOT a luxury hotel, but ok for a short stay near the airport. Property is outdated but undergoing renovations that are not completed and make the stay feel underwhelming. Only one choice for food, half the machines in the exercise room are broken (all rusty), no bathrooms at the pool, beach is not safe to swim (rocks and waves), the upgrade lounge has cheaper food that is not well stocked (runs out early), and the staff doesn’t seem happy that you are there. “Room on the first night had a mattress that was 10 to 15 years old. Springs were so broken there were two body shapes in the mattress 4 to 6 inches deep. Couch was old and dirty. Room smelled of body odor. After complaining the next morning, we were told nothing else was available, but another mattress cover was offered.
