“our room was very clean. the two bedroom cottage was nice for our family of four. we stayed just one night before we flew back to the mainland after a two week vacation on the north shore. I wish we had dedicated a few more days to stay in the Kauai Palms and explore the south shore and Waimea Canyon, etc. the kitchen supported our final night "happy hour" and a quick breakfast in the morning. we walked from our cottage to the near by Rob's good time for a fun and good dinner. “Horrible experieience at Hilton Garden Inn. in 6 days they cleaned the rooms only three times, even if we asked the full service everyday. The personnel was not very friendly with us when we told them about the problems. Their answer was always: "it is too late now, nobody can clean the room at the moment. we will clean it tomorrow". In addition the air conditioning filters were in very bad condition, and I assume they can be harmful for guests' health!!! The hotel at some point was also out...

“We were there for our 40 th anniversary Hotel was under construction during our stay. Elevators worked 1/2 the time. Had to go up to 3rd floor building 1 cross to building 3. Down to 1st floor to get to the room. Ice and water machines were on different floors in other buildings. House keeping did well. After construction i believe it will be nice. I should have researched more before booking.”

“We had a great experience. The hotel was amazing very clean and we had a great view from our room. The staff was really friendly and helpful. I recommend renting the bikes. we had the breakfast buffet. It was so delicious and amazing. And live music by the pool. Overall 10/10”
