“This was our first time staying on the east shore and it was a great experience overall. Service was good but the building and amenities could use some updating. We stayed for a week over the thanksgiving holiday in a king suite with ocean views and the location was a great bouncing off point for daily activities. The staff are super friendly, helpful, and sweet. They made our stay welcoming and seemed on top of everything. We went to the pool every day and ate at a couple of the restaurants...

“Horrible experieience at Hilton Garden Inn. in 6 days they cleaned the rooms only three times, even if we asked the full service everyday. The personnel was not very friendly with us when we told them about the problems. Their answer was always: "it is too late now, nobody can clean the room at the moment. we will clean it tomorrow". In addition the air conditioning filters were in very bad condition, and I assume they can be harmful for guests' health!!! The hotel at some point was also out...

“Excellent comfortable stay overall. Spacious rooms, large resort with lots of family friendly activities. It was a very relaxing stay. I particularly appreciated the well stocked kitchen that made cooking a breeze. Being in the south side, it’s almost always sunny and calmer. The highlight of the trip was the pool- huge and with lots of water features. The nearest large beach is Poipu, a few mins of driving.
