“This place was clean and comfortable and great proximity to Poipu beach to see the turtles every day. Spent a lot of time on the lanai which was very private. Lots of roosters and chickens which you will find out are basically everywhere in Kauai and only added to the charm. ”

We had a few minor issues during our stay, which we were willing to overlook because we enjoyed the property so much. I was expecting insects and other wildlife due to the tropical climate, however we had a little infestation of flies in the smaller bathroom each night to the point where the sink would be covered in them. We avoided using that bathroom, so it wasn't a deal breaker.Also, for having a max guest...

Toni’s property and gardens are pristinely manicured for you to sink into island time and enjoy your stay on the beautiful island of Kauai. My wife and I truly enjoyed our extended stay at the property. It has all of the amenities someone would need, easy 5 min walk to tunnels beach for the best snorkeling on the island, and the best greeter/guard dog out there. We cannot wait to come...

“Enjoyed our stay! Loved the screened in porch for meals. Enjoyed sunset every evening at Po'ipu beach park a 5 minute walk. Great hike on the Heritage Trail to Secret Beach. We did day trips to Eleele and Hanapepe, Salt Beach Waimea and Kekaha beach. All in all a fantastic stay. Easy check-in and spacious house. Quiet neighborhood. ”

“We had a lovely stay at the Palaka cottage. Waking up with kids, going on the lanai for breakfast, and walking to the beach were a joy. The space was perfect, the amenities were fantastic, and the outdoor shower turned out to be clutch especially showering off the littles after a day at the beach.”

“Absolutely loved the location, the quiet neighborhood, the big lanai, the outdoor shower and the brand new bbq! Found the counter space a bit small for doing much cooking. Only small issue was that the cutlery drawer had a horrible musty smell, possibly from the wicker tray, so we kept our cutlery in a mug on the counter. Would definitely stay again!”

“This is where my wife and I stayed while exploring the North shore portion of our trip to Kaua’i. I would say this shore is a little slower pace and less congested than the other areas we stayed. It’s kind a short drive to do anything except visit Anini beach which is a very short walk from this property.This is what I would almost call a guest house on this property, the main house is just a short 25 feet away, and is also available on VRBO. Awesome if you have multiple parties wanting to stay...

"Abbiamo soggiornato in una stanza con vista oceano dalla quale si vedeva l'alba. L'hotel è situato in una posizione strategica per visitare l'isola in quanto si trova a metà strada tra nord e sud, si evità così di passare troppo tempo in macchina. Le pulizie sono su richiesta, basta richiederle il giorno prima. Buona anche la possibilità di poter usufruire di prodotti per la colazione (cereali, muffin, barrette, latte, frutta...), considerando i prezzi delle Hawaii, e anche di poter usufruire di un ampio parcheggio. Molto utile anche la prossimità con un supermercato ed altri negozi/ristoranti. La spiaggia di fronte all'hotel non è una spiaggia balneabile."
