“Location was ideal for our vacation needs, quiet neighborhood, 2 blocks from beach; no bright city lights to block out seeing the stars at night! The amenities made it "our home away from home" -- laundry needs, kitchen needs, linens, even beach towels. The hosts are very gracious and kind, and nearby to help if needed. We enjoyed he impromptu visits of very friendly Hoku! No doubt my family and I will return here on our next visit to Kauai.”

“The house is located in a quite Neighborhood not far from the beach, despite all the houses around are perfectly maintained our was decadent. The room is in acceptable condition (despite pretty dirty, stained bad sheets, terrible curtains ), what is really really bad is the bathroom, i have seen something in that shape only in emerging counties. “This was one of the best vacation properties we have ever enjoyed. Beautiful home with everything and anything one could possibly hope for. Neat and tidy as a pin, we opened all the windows and sliding glass doors to let the warm breezes and the sounds of the waves run through the house. Just amazing. The beach is 10 feet off the house.”

“What an amazing house!! Our stay could not have been more perfect, the house was so clean, in an amazing location, and so well stocked. We were able to cook every day, use surfboards, boogie boards, bicycles, snorkels, beach chairs to enjoy the beach, Micheal and Leila have thought of everything! They were available for any questions and made us feel really welcome.Our teenagers loved the outdoor shower and bathtub. Our family will definitely be back! ”

“Great view, comfortable bed, fantastic beach within walking distance, well equipped kitchen. There was a dead battery in the smoke detector and the toilet flush was quite weak but if that's the worst I can say about it, that's pretty good. ”

“We had a wonderful 2-night stay at this beautiful spot in Princeville! The home was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. Lisa was an exceptional host—welcoming, responsive, and full of great local tips. She gave us helpful suggestions on places to explore and even recommended a beach that became one of our favorites. Her thoughtfulness really enhanced our stay. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!”

“We absolutely loved our stay at Sabina’s condo in the Kiahuna Plantation! This condo is in a prime location with a short walk to everything you could want and need. 3-min walk to the beach, shops directly across the street, and less than a mile away. This condo is centrally located to everything. The condo is exactly as described, very clean, well organized, and has everything you need for a great beach vacation. Thank you, Sabina, for an incredible stay on Kauai; we hope to make it back again...

"Buon hotel ben collegato con i trasporti pubblici. La pulizia della camera non era delle migliori e quotidianamente veniva eseguita dopo le 4 pm"

"Il resort è nel complesso discreto, ben dotato di accessori nella cucina, con possibilità di usare la piscina e il campo da tennis. E' in una zona poco turistica, ma centrale se si vuole girare l'isola. Il punto più negativo, per le unità che si affacciano sulla strada, è il rumore del traffico parecchio intenso e molto fastidioso. Inoltre i condizionatori erano eccessivamente rumorosi e quindi non utilizzabili di notte. Da segnalare anche la scarsa pulizia della moquette, rovinata e macchiata in più punti. "
