Hotel a Lato Ovest

“Camera e bagno spaziosi, c’è tutto quello che serve. La camera al primo piano senza ascensore (se hai bagagli pesanti è impegnativo). Orario di check in molto limitato.”

“Horrible experieience at Hilton Garden Inn. in 6 days they cleaned the rooms only three times, even if we asked the full service everyday. The personnel was not very friendly with us when we told them about the problems. Their answer was always: "it is too late now, nobody can clean the room at the moment. we will clean it tomorrow". In addition the air conditioning filters were in very bad condition, and I assume they can be harmful for guests' health!!! The hotel at some point was also out...

“I think my deck should have had two lounge chairs instead of one. There were not enough dresser drawers in the room. The hall rug on floor one was a bit shabby. Overall though, very nice property and great staff.”

“Pool is dirty and very cold! No heater. Room air conditioner was off from 2am to 5am. Parking is far and you need to pay for It. you wanna valet? Additional charge plus tip. I was about not to mention all of this but they did not let us do late check out. Not even 1/2 hour. We stayed for 6 nights and our room was only clean once. Very disappointed! Never again to this hotel. ”

“Siamo stati in questo hotel per 6 notti. L'accoglienza è stata ottima. Tutti sono stati molto gentili e sempre pronti per aiutare e consigliare. La qualità prezzo non è ottimale; con quello che si spende ci aspettavamo una struttura in perfetto stato, invece ci sono per esempio mobili e ringhiere usurate che sarebbero da sistemare. Ristorante/bar a bordo piscina buono (buon rapporto qualità prezzo); ristorante per la cena buono ma caro. ”

“Struttura magnifica, integrata perfettamente nel giardino tropicale in cui sorge. Sull’oceano E con una laguna antistante in cui nuotare o fluttuare comodamente sui Eccellenti i ristoranti all’interno, speciale il Tidepools. Unico appunto per gli ombrelloni di paglia: sono pochi e nessuno controlla che non vengano occupati senza utilizzo effettivo.”

“The 3 bedroom unit was amazing, even with 7 people we all had space. One used the laundry room as a closet. 3 full bathrooms and the lanais off each room. Staff and drinks were amazing. Only star off because the pool was rated as the best, but it is good. The adult only pool was too cold to lounge in (March/ April stay)”

“The room was clean you could smell the bleach, however the paint was peeling off the ceiling over the table, over the bed and over by the kitchen sink. Plus we are older adults and they gave us a third floor room and trying to pack 2 40 plus pound suitcases up that many stairs was ridiculous. The staff was nice, parking was ok. The toilet plugged up for no reason and for coincidence they happen to have 2 plungers under the bathroom sink. The hot water took about 5 to 10 minutes to get hot. We...

“Il resort è nel complesso discreto, ben dotato di accessori nella cucina, con possibilità di usare la piscina e il campo da tennis. E' in una zona poco turistica, ma centrale se si vuole girare l'isola. Il punto più negativo, per le unità che si affacciano sulla strada, è il rumore del traffico parecchio intenso e molto fastidioso. Inoltre i condizionatori erano eccessivamente rumorosi e quindi non utilizzabili di notte. Da segnalare anche la scarsa pulizia della moquette, rovinata e macchiata...
