“This place was nice to rent for MDW with some friends. It was clean, very close to the beach (2 min walk away), and was in a great area. Was also a walk away from restaurants and bars. A few disappointments that future renters should be aware of. The listing states shower towels, shampoo, conditioner, and soap would be provided and NONE of these were. They also do NOT have WiFi. So if your looking to connect your phone, a device, or watch TV you can’t. All in all, a pretty solid listing.”

“Wonderful and responsive host, quick to respond to inquiries. Perfect, clean house with ample living space and private back yard, in a quiet neighborhood. Super clean accommodations inside with all amenities. Started the mornings with a relaxing walk to and then along the bay. Easy driving to friends and attractions. Very reasonably priced and highly recommended!”

“home was well laid out. queen bedroom and small bath on main level. two additional queen bedrooms and large bath second level. nice yard. bathrooms were stocked with toiletries and plenty of towels. kitchen very well stocked. the only issue was with the neighbors dogs barking very early in morning. i realize this is not the owner's fault, but quite annoying”

“The hosts were in contact with me before our trip during our trip and on check out welcoming us and giving us some tips of what to visit. They went above and beyond. The house was so clean and amazing if we come back I will definitely be staying here. They also provided many ways to get to NYC which helped us out a lot”

“Cozy 2nd floor apartment in great location. Everything was clean and check-in was easy. It is thoughtfully stocked for convenience with kitchen appliances, cutlery and utensils and some basics like sugar, dish detergent, serán wrap, shampoo, hand soap and such. Made for a relaxing, short stay. Only thing that could improve it would be to have access to BBQ on the deck instead of having to go downstairs and share with other tenants.”

“It was strange to stay in a "hotel" with no front desk and no staff. To be honest, I much prefer a human presence. Yes, a certain amount of information was provided in written form, and there was a contact number to call if you had a question or issue, but I still would have preferred someone to be working in the building. “This was exactly what we wanted. Clean, low key, very nice space and it really was a one minute walk to the beach and only about an hour drive to the city. Definitely would consider booking here again next time”

“This property perfectly suited our needs as it was located a short Uber drive from the Shadowbrook where we were attending a wedding. Although we did not have time to use the beach passes that were included, we did enjoy the well designed backyard space with hot tub, fire pit, built in bar and grill and plenty of seating. This home is immaculate and everything you could possibly need is provided. Beautifully decorated with comfy beds...a definite plus! We all enjoyed our stay...thank you!”

“This really is a wonderful place to spend some time. Easy to everywhere, kids(young adults) walked home from the beach no call for a ride. The house itself wraps its arms around and says you are home. Truly delightful.”

“This home was perfect for my family. There were 9 of us and plenty of room for all. We spent time on the beautifully tiled back patio with additional family visitors and it was easy to host them. All Linens were clean and fresh and the home over all very clean. Location was great and we took multiple strolls to the beach which was nearby.
