“The property is very, very nice with 2 notable exceptions. The process of check in is difficult. Do not go unless you have watched and taken note on the videos they send you. Also, you won't get the code for the key lock box until after 3 pm on the day of arrival and it's in the video. My phone would not play the video - I should have watched it earlier I admit, so I had a heck of a time getting the information.
