“Did not like the abscence of humans until breakfast. The cook was obliging in making me a bacon butty for breakfast. The bed was comfy and the hotel was clean but a wee tired.”

The hosts were welcoming and friendly, they made us feel very at home and were very attentive throughout our time. Great location and a short 5 minute drive to Haworth. “6 people stayed in our group. Disappointing that we were charged £25 per couple for early check-in. Even as it was only 30 minutes before normal check in. Reception was not up to speed with our bookings as we had pre-paid for everything but when we checked out they got mixed up and printed bill for full amount. Until we very politely informed them. Also whilst good range of breakfast delights very slow service”

“Room 1 is extremely small, but was spotless and the bed extremely comfortable. There were too few staff. Service at dinner and the bar was very slow. Dinner wasn't as hot as it should have been. There was too much food on a small plate, I had to hunt under the chicken for my vegetables! Overall, it's quite expensive for food that although was delicious it wasn't hot and not served in a timely manner.”

“Large free car park. Staff were super friendly and soon sorted out some room problems. Dining area has been recently refurbished with a pleasant outlook over the canal. Corridor areas and the rooms we stayed in, although clean, large and functional seemed a bit tired and in need of a refurb. Powerful shower. Lift doesn't go to all floors. Doesn't seem to have Air conditioning. Breakfast was fine. Good location about 1 mile from Skipton town centre. Bus stop opposite takes you into Skipton if...

“An impressive older hotel with beautiful staircases. Helpful staff. Well located. Large standard room with spotless bathroom. Reasonably priced. Breakfast on first morning was the best. However, second morning was buffet style with the food not as hot as one would expect. A very nice stay in Bradford.”
