“Not a pleasant stay, no communication before checkin time to inform I cannot checkin due to last guest overdtay, had to replan last min when we call the building: digital lock not reliable, had to try a few times, view is nice but room not well maintained.”

“Amenity's quality is at low bar. ”

“Room smelled musty and damp Aircon was groaning and barely effective in cooling the room. Strange brown stains were on the wall (like spit from a smoker) Bathroom water heater wasn't working. Staff were hardly at the counter. ”

“I rarely write reviews but I really need to warn others. I am willing to edit this rating if there are concrete improvement plans. Unfortunately it was a very frustrating ordeal to get the key. The manager sent me the contact info of who to alert before I arrived. However, once I arrived, she was not present. I called the manager and he said "someone will be there soon." After waiting some time, a Grab driver delivered us with the key. But he had no instructions of how to enter the building....
