Staff molto gentile e disponibile, infatti non essendo disponibile la nostra camera con finestra sul giardino, ci hanno fatto un upgrade con una camera suite molto spaziosa con letto molto comodo. Disponibile la colazione a un prezzo economico, ma che noi non avevamo. Unico piccolo neo, l’Hotel si trova su una strada trafficata, anche di domenica mattina, in quanto a Kota Bharu si lavora.”

“Overall was satisfactory and comfortable. Room specious.. Frendly and fast check-in Location town center , with free parking and nearby to allmost all amenities, shops, restaurant etc within short walking distance. Highly recomend to stay. Disatisfaction - bathroom light very dim and rather dark.During booking was made Hotel,com mention Wifi service available on the premise, but it was the otherwise upon check-in”

“This hotel is absolutely gorgeous! Bed comfortable and clean. Staff very friendly. Food exceptional! The Billion Mall is connected so you don’t even need to leave the building to shop for fresh foods, clothing, electronics or sweet treats. There is a bowling alley on the fourth floor which was really fun as well. Really enjoyed this hotel. Be aware that there is no airport shuttle as the website advertises though, however the staff will arrange a taxi, make sure to have cash to pay the taxi if...
