“Arrived late in the evening and it took 30 minutes for the shuttle to arrive. With the additional stops getting to the property a couple of miles away took a total of 45-50 minutes. The staff could have informed it would be ~30 minutes instead of he’s on the way. Other shuttle services came through minimally 2 times before ours came once and a couple came 3 times. Unacceptable.”

“The bathroom was dark, very low wattage lightbulb I guess, you couldn’t see in the shower. No plastic liner for shower only material cutting, water on floor either way. Breakfast was good, large selection. Room was very nice and spacious”

“Be prepared to see a lot of charges on your card. I booked my stay through Expedia and paid it. I when I got there they said they needed to do a $200 hold on my card for any incidentals. I bought the “meal pass” which was a rip off. $175 for $120 credits for food and it was not explained by the employees. They said it covered breakfast, lunch and dinner. The credits were basically enough for dinner and breakfast. Dinner was $25 a person for the buffet and the breakfast buffet was a little...
