“Room was clean. Beds very comfortable. Swimming pool area was a little scary. The bar to hold onto to get into the pool actually came off in the hand of my guest when they were going in the pool. When we told the clerk she said she was aware and would remind maintenance. No sign, no warning. The staff were extremely friendly except we had a problem checking out. I was told my card declined and I had to pay for the rooms. I had already paid through Expedia. But my card got charged again. When I...

“The hotel was nice with a large refrigerator, dishwasher and sink. Nice space for guests to sit on couch. Only downfall was that we didn’t get maid service on our 2 night stay. We didnt have a tag up saying no room service annd when we came back later in the day, no one had cleaned the room. We did ask for when we got back but it but it was later in the day and they were already gone.”

“The breakfast staff was very friendly and always available to refill whatever needed to be filled. The room itself looked old and dingy, really used and abused, stained chairs, horrible pillows. We booked this particular hotel because we wanted to have the option to have an indoor pool. I called beforehand and asked about the condition of the pool and if if it was open. I was assured that it was. When we got to the Hotel and wanted to use the pool, we were told that the poolPool was closed...

“For the price of the room, it was clean, great staff and served a breakfast. We had 2 dogs with us.. there was plenty of outside green space in a good neighborhood to feel safe. We will return.”
