“Great location! Rooms were clean, nice breakfast and staff was very friendly!”

“Rooms were clean and functional. Reserved a 2 bed room and got 1 small bed. Not even a king size for for taking a bed away. This is the third IHG reservation where they did not honor the reservation and I got downsized for the same price. Looking else but facilities were ok at this hotel and staff was very nice.”

“The property was in great condition. The rooms were clean and the staff especially house keeping was excellent. They came around everyday to give you towels and to ask if you needed your room clean. You don’t get that everywhere. I even extended my stay. Overall it was great.”

“Breakfast wasn’t good/ seems like everything comes from a microwave. Property is outdated. Bed wasn’t comfortable. Staff was amazing. Check in was simple. Everything was clean. Not a bad stay for the cost.”

“Property was very central to everything we needed to attend for the weekend, continental breakfast was both hot well prepared and very fresh, property had plenty of parking and was locked up at night with each guest given a room key and main building key. 10/10 will be back ”

“The ladies at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was great with a lot of options. The only thing I would change is asking for a different room. The ice machine and laundry facilities were right outside my door, throughout the night it was noisy. ”

“Hotel was filthy. Elevators broken. Couldn't get into my room for 30 minutes as the card reader was dead. Beds were terribly uncomfortable. Air conditioning in the room did not work. They were hosting 2 events during my check-in, so parking was nonexistent; on top of that, I was charged an additional parking fee at checkout to park in the hotel parking lot I already paid for. Parties on first floor were extremely noisy and could be heard through the floor. Will not stay again. God awful. ”

“The staff was wonderful. Very comfortable room. The bar was inviting and well equipped. They offer a short menu with basic pub food but nothing fancy. There is a breakfast buffet for purchase. There is plenty of shopping neaby and familiar chain restaurants.”

“Pictures are false advertising, thank goodness, I only needed the room for a quick overnight with niece and nephew, visiting university of Delaware for acceptance day. the place was a dump inside and out. Many potholes. Lobby was piled with boxes, hallways and common areas were dirty. Room was not too clean in corners, bathroom and pillows were awful. Definitely would never stay again. ”
