“The stay was ok. Staff were friendly and was always ready to offer assistance. And garden was maintained and cleaned. Beds were comfortable. Rooms were clean but could require more attention to detail. We stayed during christmas season, and understood that it is the busy season. When we arrived, one of our rooms were not ready yet and have to wait an hour after expected check_in time. It was ok, however, we were tired after a long flight. “Absolutely disgusting place. Unhygienic and unsafe for a child/ any family. It instantly smelt of rats and it was clear the apartment had not been cleaned. Multiple dead animals were found, including cockroaches in the shower. The utensil cupboard, which smelt horrendous, was clear that rats were living in there as multiple rat droppings would appear daily. The people were nice but I believe it was unnecessary that 3 adults (2 men and 1 women) show up, on my first night, at the door at 11pm. I...

“This was a perfect low key place for a family. We had a 2 bedroom suite and enjoyed the space, kids loved the pool and play/ kids zone. Staff always friendly and tried to help you in any way they could. Catered for my son’s allergies. Bit of a walk to shops and beach but that just gave us some opportunity to explore.”
