ApartHotel a Bali

“Great little boutique hotel. Great location, so close to everything in Canggu. All the staff were fantastic and nothing was ever out of the way. Special shoutout to Elizabeth, Dwi and Hans. Breakfast was good too. Highly recommend this property.”

“The stay was ok. Staff were friendly and was always ready to offer assistance. And garden was maintained and cleaned. Beds were comfortable. Rooms were clean but could require more attention to detail. We stayed during christmas season, and understood that it is the busy season. When we arrived, one of our rooms were not ready yet and have to wait an hour after expected check_in time. It was ok, however, we were tired after a long flight. And waiting for a room that you would expect to...

“GReat stay for the price - getting 2 bathrooms as well as 2 bedrooms in the family room makes a difference and is hard to find for the same price at any other hotel i bali. We have stayed 3 times as love the hotel facilities are gret as well as rooms and staff are friendly - is a bit of walk to get to beach or main road.”

“Not worth the price. Very run down for only built two years ago. Black athstetic make it look dirty and cheap.”

“Room clean. Staff are super friendly and helpful.”

“Exceptional stay. People were warm and extremely helpful . Would recommend to anyone”

“Absolutely disgusting place. Unhygienic and unsafe for a child/ any family. It instantly smelt of rats and it was clear the apartment had not been cleaned. Multiple dead animals were found, including cockroaches in the shower. The utensil cupboard, which smelt horrendous, was clear that rats were living in there as multiple rat droppings would appear daily. The people were nice but I believe it was unnecessary that 3 adults (2 men and 1 women) show up, on my first night, at the door at 11pm. I...

“総じてとても良かったです。 規模としてはこじんまりしてますが、施設も非常に清潔でスタッフもフレンドリーで良い滞在になりました。 スーパーも徒歩数分の距離にあります。 一点、プライベートビーチのビーチチェアの数が少し少ないのでそこだけ要改善でしょうか。”

“I highly recommend The Soul House to other travellers. It became my home away from home in Canggu, with friendly and helpful staff, a peaceful atmosphere, and plenty of spaces to relax. The location is ideal—close to great food, the beach, and shopping.”

“AVOID!!! Terrible room, facilities, bathroom, bed, bedsheets…. The photos are totally misleading!! The sink was clogged The bedsheets were dirty and stained!!! Having a shower means getting water all over the whole bathroom! Plus, there was a rooster that seemed to be living just outside the room, although that was the least of our worries!”

“Amazing”

“Great”

“Amazing, everything was great”

“Loved our experience here. Staff very friendly and helpful. Paid extra for breakfast and it was really good breakfast served daily with option of having it served in room or to have it on the rooftop. Villa looked exactly like the photos. Would definitely stay here again. And very quiet, not much noise during night which was also very good. Very pleasant experience. Daily house keeping. Loved the vibes here. Great for families too and supermarket and good restaurants nearby/ within walking...

“Absolutely spotless, lovely big room, fantastic rooftop pool, amazing staff. The downsides are: there's no soundproofing for the apartment door, so every person walking past in flip flops can be heard clipping past. We asked for towels to push under the door as we were by the stairs. There's no lift. So be prepared to walk up steep concrete stairs. The building is still very much under construction, so any room on one side is met at the window with scaffolding, very little natural light...
