“It was really disappointing stay. Fits of all there was no 24/7 reception even I have arrived almost at check in time. The manager finally arrived in 30 minutes after I have asked neighbor hotel to call him. When he arrived, he was aggressive and insist on my cancelation when I refused he called me POOR, never apologized and I felt super unsafe leaving my stuff there and staying over night there. But it was not over, then hotel employee came at 8am in the morning an asked me to get out...
