“It is situated in a wonderful position
The room was amazing but the service was lower than expected.
No oil refill for mosquito, no torello available for swimming pool at 2 pm, 20 minutes to reach the luggage.

“Uno dei migliori in tutta l'isola L'hotel è' molto bello il personale premuroso e la piscina stupenda tranne quando arrivano le ondate di cinesi maleducati che affollano tutta la zona .. Distruggento il pieno relax facendo diventare un albergo di relax un vero e proprio circo!! Purtroppo Le camere non proprio perfette ..oltre per l'aria condizionata che si disperde il Wi-Fi inesistente .. anche per le prese che devi cercare come caccia al tesoro per attaccare il bollitore in dotazione”
“We lucked out staying here. The property is older, needing a bit of upkeep. But as far as the rooms go, they were great, the bed was comfy. We had a beautiful view of the sunrise and the ocean. The pool lounges were comfortable and rarely full. The staff were so friendly and helpful, arranging trips and tours for us. We would recommend staying here if you are looking for a relaxing holiday. ”

“Usually the choices on hotels.com don’t let down. Here unfortunately it did. The hotel might’ve been a 4 star experience a decade ago but it’s been let down by non-existent maintenance; general upkeep is poor, service is mostly missing, restaurant/bar is of a 1-star hotel.
The pictures look MUCH better than reality.
We’ve travelled quite a bit and this is honestly not a 4-star hotel. A shame.
The closeness to the beach is very nice only let down by the presence of wooden beams, a remnant of old...
“Beautiful hotel, conveniently located. It’s clean and very directly staff.
The only downside is that the room has a part where a lot of mosquitos can come into the room and the A/C wouldn’t feel cold because of this same reason.
Besides the property is stunning and fun. Keep in mind the bar/restaurant area closes a bit too early

“Staff are so lovely and helpful. We were met from the boat on mushroom beach and they helped us back to the beach with bags when left. The accommodation was tranquil and relaxing. ”
“We had the Villa Bunga perfect for large families with great sized personal pool. 3 large bedrooms all with own ensuites. The view from the balcony over Lembongan beach is amazing. Restaurants at the top or bottom of stairs. This Villa had it all definitely recommend Aqua Nusa.”
“I loved my one week stay here. The villa was newly renovated with a mini fridge, secluded balcony, and a built in day-bed sofa.
The pool is beautiful.
The staff are wonderful.
The spa services were also superb.
So close to Sandy Bay Beach Club and also walkable to many other restaurants, shops, spas, sights, and beaches.
It’s nothing fancy, the bed was a bit hard, and you may hear your neighbors from time to time, but I still highly recommend.

Each and every employee welcomed us with a smile. They are an incredible team/family. The space was perfect and very clean. We enjoyed the pool and the bed was super comfy. “Struttura in posizione fantastica sull’isola. La spiaggia principale si trova a pochi metri ed è ottima per fare un bagno o guardare il tramonto. Purtroppo però la struttura è tenuta malaccio, perché? Cominciamo dalle pulizia - igiene. Il mio bagno era pieno di muffa e la tazza del wc grigia (basterebbe passare con un po’ di sgrassatore e torna nuova). Il lavandino aveva dei peli non miei in quanto ero appena arrivato, la zona notte carina ma disposta malissimo letto non centrato e quindi...
