“Excellent property, perfect, however a lot of building work surrounds property currently, working long hours, there was also a local bar with karaoke late into night one evening, we unfortunately had noisy neighbours in adjacent building playing loud awful music - that was unfortunate. Service level and commuication was excellent.”

“We had the Villa Bunga perfect for large families with great sized personal pool. 3 large bedrooms all with own ensuites. The view from the balcony over Lembongan beach is amazing. Restaurants at the top or bottom of stairs. This Villa had it all definitely recommend Aqua Nusa.”

Purtroppo Le camere non proprio perfette ..oltre per l'aria condizionata che si disperde il Wi-Fi inesistente .. anche per le prese che devi cercare come caccia al tesoro per attaccare il bollitore in dotazione”

“Usually the choices on hotels.com don’t let down. Here unfortunately it did. The hotel might’ve been a 4 star experience a decade ago but it’s been let down by non-existent maintenance; general upkeep is poor, service is mostly missing, restaurant/bar is of a 1-star hotel. The pictures look MUCH better than reality. We’ve travelled quite a bit and this is honestly not a 4-star hotel. A shame. The closeness to the beach is very nice only let down by the presence of wooden beams, a remnant of old...

“My room was nice and comfortable and it was quiet ( when the parties from fill moon festival were over) the gardens and pool lovely , decent facilities like filtered water and a hairdryer. We loved the location , close to beach, shops and restaurants. There were however negatives with my friend's room which made her stay not as comfortable as mine namely No hot water the entire 3 day stay and no hairdryer. ”

“I just finished an amazing 2 week stay here. The location is perfect, quiet but also very easy access to lots of shops, restaurants and the beach. The common areas were immaculately kept (everything outdoors swept at least 2x per day). The pool was so clean and inviting and a great central feature in the common area. The room was cleaned spotlessly and the bed linens smelled sooooo good. And then there is Lisa. I can’t say enough good things about her and the genuine care that she has for both...
