“This villa is ok it needs a little bit if TLC Not enough cooking utensils , dirty sponges to clean with I had to ask for dishwashing liquid the put a small amount in a plastic container, no dish clothes etc bathroom had a smell wasn’t to bad the liquid soaps etc needed to be refilled It was like have these been left over from someone else had to get them refilled Bed was good and swimming pool was great for the kids They just need to update the kitchen and bathroom supplies Staff very nice...

“This was a nice stay for a night, the bungalows were cute and fun. The sliding doors were not a complete barrier against the heat and bugs outside, but we expected that. The shower was saltwater which was okay for the night but I wouldn’t want to stay too much longer because of it. Staff were nice and the surroundings were beautiful and pretty out of the way of more bustling areas.”

“Very charming. It looked amazing and had great reviews. By when I arrived it was an excellent surprise even more special. I literally wanted to move in & live there. And the staff is all super cool, incredibly kind, fun, and helpful. I rarely return to exact same place. And I 100% will return here and want to make it a home base to stay an extended time period. Thank You. ”

“Best place in Uluwatu. the staff is so nice. we were greeted so warmly and presented with some fresh juice upon arrival. Rooms are cleaned everyday. fresh towels and beach towels provided. great breakfast which was included in our stay. Nice variety for lunch and dinner options are available which was so convenient. Beautiful place. We stayed 3 nights and loved it. highly recommend.”

“An incredible place to stay!! The staff were so lovely and attentive to everything we needed and the rooms were clean and beautiful. The lobby/dining area was also lovely and the food was great too! The only slight downside was there is construction happening nearby so it's a little noisy but there is construction around lots of the villas in Bali and only happens during working hours. Overall loved it and would definitely come back here! ”

“Check in was smooth, friendly and efficient. Located in a quiet area of Canggu, though not too far away from the centre. Breakfast was standard Bali breakfast, perfectly edible, but nothing to write home about. Beaches are 10 - 15 minutes walk away, and can be a little daunting in parts due to the amount of mopeds in the area. Not many bars in the area, plenty of places for brunch and lunch, not many restaurants for a quality meal ”

“What I attribute my exceptional experience here to is the professional, courteous, responsive and customer service oriented staff at Wasabi. Particular standouts include front office staff, Yuri, whose personality and way of being brim with competence and professionalism, servers, Kadek, Sri and Gede, housekeeper, Evlin, chefs, Sari and Nanda, and even security Komang, who always greeted me with a smile and helped me with non security needs. "Un hotel bello ma un po’ datato, sicuramente non all’altezza di un 5*. Abbiamo avuto parecchi problemi con l’acqua che non era calda, ma appena tiepida. Non danno come servizio il late check-out, quindi alle 14.00 bisogna lasciare la struttura Personale molto gentile"

"Very bad experience. We got a "superior" room at the end of the structure at the border of a club. The first day loudly disco (even with closed windows) until 11PM .... the second day they started with loudly entertainment and music at 7:00AM !!!! When we complained we were told that no other rooms were available. We called Expedia and....guess what?.... they offered us a change room (but for 1 night only). After a second complain they moved us to another room for our last night. Terrible experience, terrible support by the local personnel. Ask for rooms in the middle of the structure if you want to go in this hotel. "
