"Un hotel bello ma un po’ datato, sicuramente non all’altezza di un 5*. Abbiamo avuto parecchi problemi con l’acqua che non era calda, ma appena tiepida. Non danno come servizio il late check-out, quindi alle 14.00 bisogna lasciare la struttura Personale molto gentile"

"Very bad experience. We got a "superior" room at the end of the structure at the border of a club. The first day loudly disco (even with closed windows) until 11PM .... the second day they started with loudly entertainment and music at 7:00AM !!!! When we complained we were told that no other rooms were available. We called Expedia and....guess what?.... they offered us a change room (but for 1 night only). After a second complain they moved us to another room for our last night. Terrible experience, terrible support by the local personnel. Ask for rooms in the middle of the structure if you want to go in this hotel. "
