“I loved this property, cute, quaint, cultured, and the staff were amazing. Boutique style hotel, colorful and cultured. I enjoyed the amenities for example the free yoga class twice a day, the Jamu cooking class, which is an Indonesian drink. The breakfast was awesome, kits of varitey. “Old, dirty villas that definitely do not reflect what is described on the web. The bed sheets and towels were dirty with stains that I don't want to know where they came from. I had asked to be refunded in order to leave the facility after the first night but there was no way I could get assistance. "Very bad experience. We got a "superior" room at the end of the structure at the border of a club. The first day loudly disco (even with closed windows) until 11PM .... the second day they started with loudly entertainment and music at 7:00AM !!!! When we complained we were told that no other rooms were available. We called Expedia and....guess what?.... they offered us a change room (but for 1 night only). After a second complain they moved us to another room for our last night. Terrible experience, terrible support by the local personnel. Ask for rooms in the middle of the structure if you want to go in this hotel. "
