I would like to spend a couple of words about the Room Manager Eriec Raditya Wiswamitra - he is such a kind and professional person that has been able to manage in the best way possible the limitation of some space of the hotel due to a private event. He showed us how a good manager should treat Guests - Hospitality industry is not only about design and location...

“My second time at Papillon. The rooms are generous, clean and serviced each day. The staff are unfailingly positive and helpful. The whole place is kept clean & tidy.
