I would like to spend a couple of words about the Room Manager Eriec Raditya Wiswamitra - he is such a kind and professional person that has been able to manage in the best way possible the limitation of some space of the hotel due to a private event. He showed us how a good manager should treat Guests - Hospitality industry is not only about design and location...

“L'albergo è molto bello, a circa 10 min a piedi dal mare e 5 minuti a piedi dalla strada principale. Sebbene si trovi in una posizione abbastanza centrale NON si sentono rumori La colazione è abbondante ma non delle migliori. Le stanze sono grandi ma non pulitissime (tolgono male la sabbia). La piscina sul tetto è GRANDIOSA soprattutto al tramonto! Vi consiglio un aperitivo al calare del sole qui! ”

“The place is super well located, nestled between two of the top hotels of Seminyak. The villa has a lot of space with an amazing private outdoor area and pool, that despite the busy location provides an oasis or tranquillity. The interior of the villa is dated and in need of refurbishment, but it is functional. The entrance of the overall structure also needs an upgrade. The staff is very kind and the breakfast offers the right variety and quality. ”

“The room was very noisy, 3 days later and only for the last 2 nights, after problems with the AC and 7 am wake up because of the technical problems with the emergency speaker in the room tgey switches us to the better room but again, very humid and bad smells. Never again ”

“Very nice space. Everyone is very polite and helpful. Showers were hot! Water pressure good! Sheets were clean! Felt very safe here! Price is good. Not really much going on where the beach is. You have to walk some time to get to a beach club. ”
