“Kayu Village is a treasure hotel located in the Pererenan area. You can enjoy an eco-friendly atmosphere, warm service, and delicious breakfast. There are also nice restaurants such as shelter and woods within a 5-minute walk. I left my phone in the taxi on the first day of my trip. With the help of Mia and Idah, I was able to find it. I will never forget their quick response and help. I just want to say thank you again.”

“Albergo collocato un po’ lontano da tutto. Ho chiesto alla reception se mi poteva aiutare per affittare un motorino cosa che fanno tutti gli alberghi ma visto che loro offrono la navetta a pagamento stranamente non mi potevano aiutare. Lo staff della spa era eccellente ma quello del ristorante e reception decisamente meno. Ho trovato le condizioni igienica della zona ristorante molto scarse. Ho dovuto chiedere diverse volte di di cambiare piatto (sporco) il runner del tavolo (sporchissimi)....

“My villa was amazing! Staff was very friendly and ensured my stay was memorable/special as they went out of their way to have a cake and wish me happy birthday. Breakfast was prepared and cooked in the villa. There was also a personal massage room inside my villa with a huge personal pool. Great location from the nightlife in Seminyak and not too far from Finn’s beach club. Overall amazing resort and I highly recommend staying here!”

“We had a great stay here as the first stop on our honeymoon. Our room was amazing and all staff members were so kind and helpful. My favorite parts were the delicious in-room breakfast service and our incredible massage! An Adepa driver picked us up from the airport and the hotel was also great about helping us book a driver to get around while we were there and even get to our next destination in Bali. Special shoutout to Wira for being a great driver and educating us on so many special...

“Amazing staff, super friendly and helpful. Great location, 2 minutes walk from the beach with famous beach clubs. Pool area is very pleasant, I didn’t try the spa though and the Yoga classes were not on unfortunately. Breakfast was fantastic as well. I would definitely recommend this hotel.”
