“Everyone was eager to help make our stay great. We didn't like the fact they only offer one key per room when there was two to share so when we went out separate I had to get the staff to let me in the room”

“Struttura bella ma un po' fatasciente, pulizia veramente scarsa, abbiamo dovuto chiamare una volta perchè si sono dimenticati la carat igienica, la seconda volta si sono dimenticati le salviette (una per persona) ”

“Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were nice and cleaned well. It had a nice quiet pool area, which we walked from our rooms almost into the pool,only about 55 rooms so quiet and staff knew your names and you knew theirs. Right in the heart of it all but because it was down a lane you didn’t have the noise and the traffic.”

“Buon Hotel in ottima posizione è solamente un po' trascurato”

“Staff was very friendly and helpful. Stay was comfortable. Shower water would often spill around toilet so perhaps they could work on fixing that (if possible). And the toilet douche was corroded (not hygienic to use). Location was good distance to Kuta beach and various shopping. I would stay here again in future. Price was also very affordable and fair. ”
