“What a gem Beach Melati Apartments are. Boutique hotel really. Stayed in a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment. So spacious and great for a group of people. Everything at your door step. Would highly recommend. ”

Veldig fint med store tanker med Balianvann i leiligheten, og god aircondition som gjør at temperaturen er levelig selv om det er varmt og fuktig ute. Vi reiste med en liten baby, som gjorde at vi ønsket å bo i leilighet. Det fungerte fint for det aller meste, men vær obs på at det er trapper og trappetrinn overalt. Canggu er heller ikke veldig babyvennlig, så dette...

“My partner and I communicated timely with staff to arrange an airport transfer upon arrival. This was also confirmed by e-mail. Flight details were provided but on the day of arrival, we had to wait 40 minutes until we were picked up. This is unacceptable for a 5-star establishment. The driver was apparently waiting at International Arrivals while we had a domestic flight. If hotel staff would've checked our flight details properly, they would have noticed that we flew from Jakarta to Den Pasar....

“You get what you paid for. On positive note .Was private safe and reasonably quite. Bedding clean changed sheets every day .Unit cleaned everyday . All essential shopping close by. Staff pleasant however no english speaking staff. Stayed extra night due to flight change they accomadated me. Overall pleasent and clean stay. ”

“Updated, comfortable bed. Clean room. Upon checking out staff wanted to charge me for a broken “do not disturb” sign. The sign was already broken when I checked in. Document the room when you arrive to avoid additional charges. ”
