“Beautifully finished apartment and to a high standard. The bed was lovely and comfortable. The staff were very accommodating on what was a very busy evening for them. Food was lovely and presented well, amazing coffee too. Location was great just what we needed for our trip.”

“My room was in the coach house, just outside tje doors of the main building. It was very clean with just baked biscuits and Tregothnan tea. A gorgeous view of the garden was welcoming on arrival.”

“Breakfast was sooo yummy, with both a full english breakfast as well as a breakfast buffet table. There was some issues with the booking itself, so that was annoying. Apparently some comms issues between Expedia and the hotel. But everything else was great. ”

“Everything was perfect, spa facilities were lovely and relaxing and spotlessly clean. As was our apartment, the fresh milk in the fridge was a nice touch. Food was excelent both in the evening and breakfast. We think it must be a wonderful place to work as all the staff from reception to cleaners were all very happy, chatty and helpful. We have booked for our next trip already 😊”

“Superb location, metres from the slipway and harbour. Close to costal footpath and walk to Port Gaverne, restaurant, pubs and cafes. Very cosy cottage with wood burner. A few minor things like no fridge light, a few cobwebs but nothing to put anyone off. Well equipped kitchen and rear shared courtyard. I would return! ”

“Abbiamo pernottato in due nei primi giorni di luglio.Una struttura interessante, con un discreto parco, un'antica pianta di Tasso e svariati splendidi pavoni che si aggirano liberi lanciando sonori richiami fin dalle prime luci dell'alba e anche se un po` si salva la parte "di facciata" è decisamente poco curato. All'interno si va da uno stantio stile old England al kitch con una punta di atmosfera da rigattiere; la nostra camera sotto tetto è molto piccola con letto troppo stretto e le molle...

“we stayed in the Gamekeepers residence, was spotless on arrival with pretty much all the equipment we needed for a weeks stay. Couldnt buy too much chilled food at once as the fridge is a little small but loved our stay there. the bed/bedroom is really nicely done, perfect for a couple. Minimal contact with staff which suited us as thats what we like. Close access to shops and ameneties in the town very close by, and a good homebase to explore lots of different areas of Cornwall. “La posizione dell’hotel e la vista che si gode dalla terrazza è spettacolare, vale tutto il costo del soggiorno L’hotel a un parcheggio, peraltro gratuito, che è sicuramente utilissimo in un viaggio con la macchina in Cornovaglia. La camera è molto semplice ed il bagno è un prefabbricato, la vista però parlava da sola ed il silenzio rotto solo dal mare e dai gabbiani ti rimane dentro. In generale, c’è piaciuto molto il soggiorno.”
