“Great for birders!”

“The house is a block away from the beach park. There is no lake view, but there could be if they trimmed a tree and lowered the fence. The lake and beach are magnificent. Water was warm 1st week of August with tan powder sandbars all over the beach. Lots of space and not too busy. The surrounding area has much poverty, while right on the edge of the marina … food at the lakeside restaurants was just ok. No fresh catch options from the lake on any of the menus…So disappointing.
