“The property was well maintained. It showed a bit wear with the age but it was very clean so that wasn't a factor at all. The breakfast was ok, nothing special but was kept well stocked. Coffee was really good as was the apple juice. Rooms were very comfortable and large. ”

“Austin and the red hair gal (sorry, forgot name) were fantastic and went above and beyond. Our military son who just finished advanced camp was exhausted and had to repack to fly out early the next morning. They let us check in early and accommodated us on everything whether it was needing scissors, info on anything from laundry to dining and more. I highly recommend this hotel and tbeir staff. And, they had waffles...made my day!”

“Our stay was great! There were 3 rooms of us who booked in order to be of close proximity to the Kentucky Exposition Center and Springhill was perfect! The staff, especially Laverne, who was at the desk when we checked in and every day afterwards. Knowledgeable, professional, and friendly! Also, Jessica, who checked us out when we left, making sure our bill was 100% correct! In addition, she also came to our room the first day because our TV was not working. She isn't the maintenance guy, but...

“This is one of the cleanest, well-maintained hotels that I've ever stayed in. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The beds were comfortable. The in-room fridge kept our drinks very cold, which was great considering how hot the weather was while we were there. It's located right across the street from the Kentucky Expo Center, which housed the venue we were attending.”

“This hotel was very nice good for families. It was walking distance to the Kentucky Convention Center in Louisville. Food was close by. The hotel was clean and whenever we asked for anything within limits it was taken care of. Breakfast was not free which is unfortunate but for the most part I did not care. I was there with my daughter and mom for a basketball tournament. I was happy!!”
