“Bathroom sink was dirty and clearly not cleaned before we got there. Long blonde hair all over the sink. Shower was okay, just seemed a little dirty and not cleaned overall. Front staff was incredibly nice.”

“The check in was chaotic and the check-in person wasn’t friendly or welcoming. She was blunt and to the point. There was no one to greet us or welcome us into the hotel or guide us or ask us if we needed anything. I had to keep asking questions. I had to ask a staff twice if they would bring cups to the room because they didn’t place any in there. There was no microwave in the room. The bathroom door does not have a lock. The a/c made noises all night long and it wasn’t that cool even...

“The staff was great. Dropped our bags early, they gave us the keys and when we returned later they had our bags in the room for us. The comp waters and granola bars were a nice added detail too. I’ll definitely stay there again”

The staff was super helpful providing an egg crate and additional bedding but not really a good option for a bed. An updated pullout would be suggested and a handheld shower option.”
