“I really liked the room set-up. I remember when the hotel was first built around 2023-24 and it looked so modern. This was our first stay. We stayed on the 3rd floor and could hear every footstep our upstairs neighbors made and I mean EVERY FOOT STEP. Also, we could hear people talking as they walked by our room, like our door was open. terrible sound-proofing on the ceiling and door. The hotel was clean and smelled good and the breakfast was awesome. If I were to stay again, I would ask...

“The check in was probably the fastest I've ever had. There for Breyerfest in July. Place is clean and everything is good. Our air stopped working the middle of the 2nd to last night. Told the front desk as we were leaving that morning and she said she would either have it fixed or move us to another room, very nice lady. When we returned that evening, that girl was a tad snippy about 'she didn't know why she said she'd have it fixed because they don't come in for that over the weekend'. ...

“We had a nice stay! The rooms were nice and clean! The complimentary breakfast was a favorite of the family. Such a variety and well stocked! “Parking was close, staff were friendly, property was clean, and my doggo was welcomed! Only downfalls were the dirty towels, had some questionable stains on them and I am glad I brought my own, and the A/C cut out in the early morning hours. I woke up to a moist floor at 4 am trying to turn the A/C back on, also the dog fees are pretty high for a less than 12 hour stay. Would recommend, but probably wouldn’t stay again, especially traveling with my dog.”

The only complaint I could give would be the $100 additional refundable fee demanded to check in due to using the Expedia App. I am a Holiday Inn Rewards customer. I don’t think that was necessary. “This place reeked of marijuana the second I walked through the front doors! It permeated the ENTIRE building! The walls are thin and you can hear everything going on in the rooms next to you and in the hallway. There were people partying across the hall from us and we heard their music and them being loud until pretty late. If you like to party and smoke weed, this is the place for you. If you are looking for somewhere quiet to sleep and rest, I would advise you to stay somewhere else.”

“Checkin was welcoming. Our room was great. So many extra amendments. Large breakfast area. Comfortable. Good food. Loved the bbq and sitting area to eat. The fireplace outside was wonderful. Great stay. Would recommend for sure. ”
