“Clean room, nice beds and linens, ice machine on our floor and the ice machine worked! Nice hot breakfast that was well presented and a nice breakfast attendant. Nice dining area. Nice front desk folks. Only negative thing I could say is the room had a super tiny bathroom, I had a hard time maneuvering around the toilet in order to close the door or get into the shower. I will be staying here again. Great hotel for the money!”

“Our a/c in our room didn’t work and the room was 77 degrees super hot. We called down to the front desk around 11pm when we got back from swimming and they said they’d send someone up. We waited 30-45 min and no one showed so had to call again and they apologized and said they’d try to get someone up. We were so tired from our day traveling. Or kids were super tired but couldn’t sleep in the heat. They sent maintenance up and he worked on it for a bit and told us to check about another room....

“During our stay, the toilet tank in our room suddenly broke after sitting down, which caused a leak. We reported it immediately and used towels to contain the water. Despite this, we were treated as though we caused the damage, even though the break appeared to be a maintenance-related issue. I also sustained an injury from a chipped porcelain during the incident. We were ultimately asked to leave, despite having rented a room for an additional night.
