“Very disappointed that our king suite room came stocked with the usual 4 wash cloths and 4 hand towels and ONLY 2 large towels. We checked in on Friday and thought the room would have been made up while we were gone Saturday and towels would at least be replenished. When we returned to room we saw no one had come so I called the front desk and was told rooms do not get made up every day, which fine they should have told us that upon checking the day before. She also told me if I needed towels...

“I’ve stayed in many hotels in the Lexington area over the last 25 years and this hotel was one of the best. Our room had two very comfortable queen beds with a separate sitting area with an L shaped couch. Despite being across from the elevator, I did not hear it and slept well. Very clean room with clean towels. I love that the vanity was outside the shower/toilet so that one person can be getting ready while another showered. The closet was large enough to hang clothes, as I prefer to do....

“Facility was nice, bed and pillows were completely uncomfortable. Staff was nice and helpful. It was a last minute hotel stay for the night so we were expecting much. But if you are looking for a comfortable bed or somewhat decent pillows, not the place.”

“It is no longer a Raddison and it was a dump Mattress worn out Refrigerator made a loud noise Sink didn’t drain well Room was not serviced the first day Mentioned room concerns to staff the next morning who wrote nothing down and nothing was fixed”

“Room was spacious and quiet even with the location being right beside the interstate... Breakfast was hot ... Only problem was I asked for extra pillows when booking and at check in and they said they didn't have any.. had to go buy some to use.”

“Very good location for the expressway and restaurants nearby. Staff is very nice and hotel was clean. Surprisingly comfortable bed was a plus, slept great! Seeing I travel quite a bit and leave early. I only wished they would change the quiet time around hotel sooner than 10pm, group (workers in area staying at hotel) outside our bedroom window grilling and talking and laughing at 9:30pm. People should be more respectful of others but other than that I would highly recommend staying here”

“Amazingly peaceful stay. Staff was gracious and responsive. Only one area of dissatisfaction: The in-room media service (Dish) was spotty at best and the TVs are not "smart" allowing for guests to simply control media content.”
