“The hotel room was very clean and comfortable. It had a small kitchen, table and chairs, sofa bed, dresser, table, coffee table, wall mounted TV. The bed was also very clean and comfortable. The only downside was the traffic noise outside. It was near the freeway.”

“Microwave did not work. When we tried to use it it sparked and caught fire. When we notified the front desk they said they would bring up a replacement and never did. Breakfast was advertised but there was no breakfast, just coffee and juice. Bed was extremely comfortable as were the pillows. The mini fridge needed cleaning but overall it wasn't a terrible stay.”

“We were in town for the Railbird music festival, like many others. We several Of us showed up around midnight to check -in we had to wait 15-20ish minutes for the night shift clerk to help us(he said he was having to clean a room for someone). I had 3 rooms reserved. When I arrived to the room I was sleeping in, it had not been cleaned either. Both beds had been slept in, there was trash. “We stayed here for a week while attending our 60th class reunion, and it was a wonderful experience. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was exceptionally friendly, greeting our group each time we left and returned. They made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. “This was a very run down establishment. I do not recall any option where I chose a smoking room, as I would not do that. Regardless, the room smelled terrible. All of my clothes still smells and it will take multiple washes to get the scent out. The sheets and curtains had holes from cigarettes. The bathroom was underwhelming. Updates need to be done. This was worth $10 at best.”

“The online images are 100% deceptive--this is place is, in a word, a DUMP. The external stairs are unlocked, the place smells of mildew, and the rooms were shabby and poorly maintained. We paid a premium for a room during an event weekend, which had missing lightbulbs, stained carpets, barely any hot water, an AC unit that could not adequately cool the room, and tired bedding. Do not stay here unless you are desperate.”
