“The place looked like new. Our room was very nice. Warn pool too. Overall the property must have been recently refurbished ”

“This Hotel was SO clean, that is the most basic condition for me always! You can feel the pride in the staff of making sure the rooms are very clean.”

“Pros: rooms are huge with some kitchen amenities and a pull out sofa bed in addition to 2 queens. Hot breakfast was decent. Convenient to freeway, restaurants and shopping. Cons: because the rooms accommodate more than 4 people, this hotel was packed with families with lots of children. It was noisy and chaotic (spring break week). This was our 4th hotel in 8 days during spring break and it was by far the loudest and least sound proofed rooms. Lots of door banging and kids rumbling in the halls...

“They said the room was ready but when we entered it hadn't been made up yet so we got another room and the same thing happened. Third room was great.”

“Booked through Expedia instead of hotel website because it was cheaper. Rooms were available in both the website and Expedia when booking. Arrived to the hotel at 10:45pm to check in and was told they were sold out and didn’t have my room anymore. The hotel Claimed they told Expedia and that they had been sold out for weeks. This is not true as I could have booked directly through their website too. The hoops I have had to jump through to get my refund has been ridiculous. ”

“I did not stay there. No room wad avaliable when i arrived. Requesting a refund. Apprently the room wad booked too late after 12pm and on my arrival at b 2am there was not a room avaliable. Please refund my money.”

“Very disappointed that our king suite room came stocked with the usual 4 wash cloths and 4 hand towels and ONLY 2 large towels. We checked in on Friday and thought the room would have been made up while we were gone Saturday and towels would at least be replenished. When we returned to room we saw no one had come so I called the front desk and was told rooms do not get made up every day, which fine they should have told us that upon checking the day before. She also told me if I needed towels...

“From the moment we arrived, it was clear this property is severely outdated and poorly maintained. The exterior alone raised concerns, with several individuals lingering around who appeared to be long-term occupants. Calling this place a “hotel” feels generous. Walking into the lobby, we were hit with a strong odor—a mix of stale smoke and something reminiscent of a nursing home. It was overwhelming and set the tone for what was to come. Despite the obvious red flags, we proceeded to check in....

“The staff was good and the hotel is nice enough. However they are remodelling so there is some noise associated with that and the unremodeled rooms are a bit worn out and outdated. However it is cheap, clean, and the staff was accommodating.”

“We arrived late and the staff was still welcoming and friendly. Our room was beautiful- very spacious and clean. A basket of snacks was left for us in the room which was so appreciated. We did have to pay for parking which I found odd but overall I would stay here again and recommend it. ”
