“I was there Thursday through Sunday. Room was clean, front desk very friendly, but breakfast was not monitored very well. Hot items not refilled, one morning not any fresh fruit, twice no hot water for tea and three out of four coffees were empty. No one wiping down tables. You had to actively look for help, no one was ever coming out and checking surroundings”

“The hotel didn't have hot water so they canceled my reservation. I was supposed to receive a refund but my credit card was never credited. ”

“So loud. People yelling in halls and slamming doors after midnight. Restaurant in amazing. Room clean”

Reserved a non smoking room, but the room smelled like cigarette smoke and there was NOT a no smoking sign on our door like the room numbers higher then ours.”

“Key didn’t work, sketchy guy in the parking lot late night. Right next to a 5G tower in the parking lot. Would never have stayed here if I knew that was there. ”

“I paid their pre authorization charge (the entire cost of the room) and then didn’t get the money back. They wanted to charge me again for the room and said I’d be getting the original charge back soon. That’s all fine except for the fact that I didn’t have enough to pay for the room a second time. Because of this, I couldn’t pay for my room and it had to be canceled. I just came to meet up with someone in town the next day, but I had to drive four and a half hours back home the same night. “Night staff acted really weird to my wife. Wouldn’t give her a card to the room, even though I called and had her name added. Very rude to her. Will never stay here again and I do not recommend anyone stay. ”

“Many electrical outlets in my room didn’t work air condition. There was only one speed thermostat did not work mildew smell throughout the room, even sheets and pillows smell bad definitelywill not stay there anymore if I can help it”
