“I'm a grandmother who travels extensively with my grandkids, who play travel ball. I've stay in hotels all over the united states and this was the first who asked you to pay an additional $30.00 an hour if you requested a late checkout! I thought that the hotels are in the business of providing hospitality, they most definitely are in the wrong business!”

“Didn't use the pool. The breakfast was terrible and for a newer hotel, it needs maintenance. ”

I made the reservation, received the confirmation and was charged for the transaction. I spent near two hours on the phone mostly on hold. ”
