“I'm a grandmother who travels extensively with my grandkids, who play travel ball. I've stay in hotels all over the united states and this was the first who asked you to pay an additional $30.00 an hour if you requested a late checkout! I thought that the hotels are in the business of providing hospitality, they most definitely are in the wrong business!”

“A lot of kids stayed for sports tournaments and the breakfast bar was a mess due to them and staff could not keep up. ”

The chairs were filthy like some kind of substance was dumped on them. The carpet looked like someone walked through with greasy boots. The bathroom sink was completely clogged and couldn’t drain.
