Elevator seemed "sticky" not a smooth unnoticeable ride but overall fine. Breakfast was lackluster....I'm surprised by the positive reviews on breakfast. No pastries, no fruit. “Coffee and breakfast were not free, and it only had a Starbucks with very limited hours. The pool and hot tub were closed for repair. Out room was dirty and dated, and the bathroom had hair and hair balls in the shower. We rented this hotel for the pool and hot tub so that was very disappointing. It was $150 per night, I would’ve rather stayed at The Hampton Inn next door. ”

“This place was nothing like it was advertised! It was under construction, pool closed, breakfast area appeared to be blocked off. Construction workers everywhere. Parking lot was a mess, looked like just a vacant building. It was right next to a truck stop, nothing else in the area. I was traveling with 3 teenagers and didn’t feel safe at this hotel, so we did not stay there. Now fighting trying to get reimbursed even after buying travel insurance. I wouldn’t recommend anyone staying there!!”

“Your mattress was terrible and the shower was difficult to get a nice temp that wasn’t either too hot or too cold but the worst part was that you charged me an additional 20.00 for my stay when I didn’t purchase any incidentals and when I called to question the charge I got passed around from one person to the next until I gave up. That is THEFT!!! ”

Now my $170 a night it’s overly expensive when you factor in that at that price you aren’t getting free breakfast when every other hotel in the area is offering that. “The sheets were gross. They advertised a pool but it was shut down. Permanently. The lobby smelled like BO. The tvs only have basic cable and no way to stream services. The breakfast only had one hot option, pancakes. ”
