“My wife and I always like staying here while visiting my daughter and her family in Batavia. The staff is super friendly, attentive and helpful. The restaurant and bars on site are outstanding and reasonably priced as well. Next door is a great bar (Dilly Bistro, Bar and Bottle Shop), Starbucks, two good pizza joints and Graeter's Ice Cream. “The room was spacious and clean. The art gallery and lounge areas were nice and welcoming. Not a lot of noise on the floors. The only draw back is the lot. There are lots of cement pillars in the garage, with narrow parking so you have to be very careful pulling in and out. ”

“Nice and clean”

“Stain on chair in the room, asked them to swap out chair. Never happened! SECOND day, new Manager said she would take care of it, NEVER happened! That night the original manager said he cleaned the chair. It was SOAKING Wet, and Still stained! The breakfast bagels and muffins were so stale, we could throw them and break a window!! The room had a smell of old vomit and BO. Avoid this property if possible. ”
